Your London meeting or event can be accommodated in our dedicated air conditioned meeting rooms, the Fairfax, Winchester and Richmond Suites, in our premier suite, the George Washington or in Madison’s restaurant and lounge bar.

The Richmond Suite
Combine the Winchester and Fairfax Rooms and you have the Richmond Suite. Fully air conditioned, lined in polished ash and featuring built in, electrically operated drop down screens at either end, this room is a flexible space for your meeting in London of up to 120 people. Specially designed lighting replicates natural daylight for all day comfort or can be modified for more dramatic party lighting.
The Fairfax Suite
The slightly smaller ‘half’ of The Richmond Suite features an electrically operated drop down screen and is separated from the Fairfax Suite by a demountable acoustic wall.
The George Washington Suite
The stunning signature Suite of the hotel combines a comfortable lounge area, separate bedroom with marble bathroom and a light flooded glass walled meeting or dining room with a view towards Green Park, which can comfortably seat eight people for meetings or private dining.
Woodrow Wilson Suite
A private Penthouse Suite located at the front of the hotel on the 7th floor, this Suite is an ideal breakout option for your London meeting with a glass tabled boardroom for up to six delegates, lounge seating and comes complete with its own kitchenette and bathroom.
Normally the hotel bar, lounge and restaurant but also available for private hire as a comfortable event space with its own fully stocked bar and comfortable lounge seating.
Lower Madison’s is at the back of the hotel with its own entrance onto Clarges Street and a wall of windows which floods the area with natural light. It provides an adaptable space for a variety of events, which have in the past included fashion shows, media events, private parties, lunches and dinners.
Madison’s Mayfair Event Space
Unique in Mayfair, Madisons’s can be privately hired in its entirety giving one of the largest and most elegant event spaces in London. One wall of double height windows floods the room with natural light during the day but can be transformed at night into an atmospheric candlelit room. Two entrances allow us to offer red carpet treatment via the main door or more private access via the entrance from Clarges Street. This interesting and adaptable space provides a variety of levels and décor and can be decorated and furnished to match your private event.
Madison’s has hosted a range of events for 50 – 350 guests, which have in the past included but are not limited to:

Our menu selection includes canapés, buffets and set menus. As our main focus is a tailor made experience, we can meet with our clients to discuss their requirements in more detail to ensure the menu perfectly complements the type of event being held. Additionally we have a selection of “prêt-à-porter” suggestions from which you may select your preferred menu and of course, we can cater for those with specific dietary needs.
